All meals are delivered directly at the designated cafeteria/mess counter.
No home delivery or courier shipping services available.
At TapNex (by NexGen FC), meals are delivered directly at the cafeteria/mess counter. We do not provide any home delivery or courier shipping for food items.
Delivery Method
All purchased meals are served only at the designated mess/hostel cafeteria.
Delivery Details

Delivery Time: Meals can only be claimed during the respective meal timings (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) as defined by the institution.

Order Confirmation: After a successful payment, users will receive a digital meal token/QR code which must be scanned at the counter to receive the meal.

No Home Delivery: TapNex does not offer home delivery, courier, or postal shipping for any meal services.
Important Notes
Our meal service is designed specifically for institutional cafeterias and mess halls. All transactions result in immediate digital meal tokens that must be redeemed at the physical location during designated meal times.
